Bienvenido M. Abante, Jr. is the representative of the sixth district of Manila in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. He is one of the signers of House Resolution 1109 calling for a constituent assembly to amend the Constitution.

Mr. Congressman, I know your brother Reuben, having met him several times at CCL and One Vote meetings. Knowing him, I didn't expect you to be a signatory to CON-ASS HR1109.
