Mary Ann L. Susano is the representative of the second district of Quezon City in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. He is one of the signers of House Resolution 1109 calling for a constituent assembly to amend the Constitution.

Mrs. Congresswoman, you were elected representative of the 2nd district of Quezon City where I am a voter. Did you get the pulse of the people you are representing (which include me) before voting for CON-ASS HR1109?
